Mary Vitoria Counsellor BACP (Reg Accredited)

Welcome to my counselling website.

I offer a full counselling service that is confidential and discreet with the view to allowing you to discover your inner self and to give you ways to deal with the issues that you may wish to confront.

I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and a qualified counsellor (an Accredited Registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT)) offering individual and couple counselling and I also welcome same sex couples.

I have rooms in Hemel Hempstead. My interest and specialism is in relationship and sex therapy. I offer a warm and friendly non-judgemental space which is safe and confidential to discuss personal issues. I am a very dedicated and caring professional with a genuine desire to help you overcome life’s challenges. Once you have taken the initial step to have counselling, you will find out how positive an experience it can be.

I work in an integrative humanistic way, which means the relationship is key to exploring issues and difficulties you may be facing.  We can take the journey together exploring any changes you may wish to make, and work through the difficulties together. People can quickly become overwhelmed by problems and relationships, talking to someone can help a great deal and it often only takes a few sessions for clients to see more clearly and have a more positive outlook on life.

For over 20 years my work environment has seen me build and maintain relationships, and get the best out of people.  As a counsellor, I can use this experience to promote a positive therapeutic relationship to help increase your understanding about who you are and what has influenced you into becoming the person you are today, creating a more fulfilled ‘you’.

Counselling can be life changing. I welcome your call if you would like to have a chat first about my counselling services and what I offer.
